Cesar Marquez
CEO & President
After 10 years in the transportation industry, Mr. Marquez founded Marleon International as a forward-looking transportation and supply chain management firm focused on utilizing leading technologies to drive cross-border business opportunities.
Prior to Marleon, Mr. Marquez was a Logistics Executive for a successful start up Logistics Company where he developed the Kansas City-Lazaro Cardenas I-35 corridor and built sales and marketing capabilities driving significant revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager for Conway Central Express, Mr. Marquez was responsible for growing the regional account base and revenues by more than 30%.
Mr. Marquez has played an active role promoting Kansas City trade opportunities with Mexico through work with the International Business Committee for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the International Trade Council for Kansas City, where he helped organize several U.S. - Mexico focused conferences such as the 'NAFTA Conference' and the 'U.S.Mexico Immigration Conference.' Mr. Marquez is also actively involved with Kansas City's SmartPort initiative and Park University's International Business Development Series.
As a native of Laredo, TX, Mr. Marquez has strong ties to the city through his family as well as several tight relationships with U.S. Including Carriers and Mexican Customs brokers.
Mr. Marquez holds a bachelor degree in International Business from the University of Findlay.
Natalie K. Mohr
VP Operations
After more than 15 years in Recruiting Management with AON consulting, and other various Upper Management roles, Ms. Mohr has taken the helm on the Operational Side of Marleon International. With her attention to detail and Project Management expertise Ms. Mohr brings a unique perspective to the Transportation Business
During her stance with Marleon International Ms. Mohr has managed multiple phases of operations within Marleon International including, but not limited to: Project Implementation and Management; Brokerage Operations, Less than Truckload Invoice Auditing, Carrier Management and Carrier Relations.
Ms. Mohr is currently studying for a US Custom Broker license in order to enhance Marleon’s business offerings for clients and has also completed education in Business and Criminal Justice.
Jose Luis Marquez De Leon
Mexico Business Liaison WLX Carrier and Customer Management
Jose has extensive Mexico and U.S Customs knowledge. Jose Luis spent more than 8 years with Federal Mexican Government in the area of Aduana Mexico. Jose Luis Managed several areas of one of the largest Mexican customs points in the world. From Mexico customs general administration, Glosa, K26, Bridge #1, Bridge #2, e Aereopuerto. Along with his administrative and management capabilities Jose Luis has worked for companies such as Rheem de Mexico,, Partes y Equipos especializados de Nuevo Laredo; Jose Luis holds a Bachelor Degree from the La Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas and completed education in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nuevo Leon.
